Akrivi Iatrides

Akrivi Iatrides, nee Tsiftilis . Beloved wife of Nikolaos Iatrides.  Loving mother of Peter (Irene) Iatrides, Pamela (Chris) Kallos and the late George Iatrides.  Cherished Yiayia of Maria, Alexia, Niki, Peter, Nicholas, Sophia and Jessica.  Dear sister of Panagiotis (the late Sofia), Konstantina (the late Spiro), the late Thomas (Irene), the late Panagiota (the late Foti), the late Christo and the late George (Vasiliki).  In addition to raising her family, Akrivi and her husband founded the popular Logan Square restaurant, Cozy Corner (formerly Burger Inn), in 1977.  Akrivi will be deeply missed by family and friends.  Visitation Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 10 a.m. at St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church 7373 N Caldwell Ave, Niles, IL.  Interment Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove, IL.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Haralambos Greek Orthodox Church or Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
