Betty M. Kreinbihl

Betty M. Kreinbihl, 94, of Mansfield, passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Mansfield Place Assisted Living Community.

 

Betty was the daughter of Milo and Mary (Kline) Ricketts, and was one of nine children. She was born on July 15, 1926 in Zanesfield, Ohio. Betty was a beautician, and owned “The Tiny Beauty Shop”. She met her husband, Bill, at Westinghouse where they both worked. Betty and Bill were inseparable, and greatly enjoyed spending time together. They loved traveling together, and they spent many years in Florida. Betty attended Mansfield Alliance Church.

 

Betty is survived by her siblings, Jack (Pat) Ricketts, Glenn (JoAnn) Ricketts, Bill (Melva) Ricketts, and Jim Ricketts; her daughter-in-law, Vicki Kreinbihl; special nieces, Carol (Neil) Hamilton and Mary Ann (Vernon) Brown; numerous other nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; and special and wonderful caregivers from Servants Hearts. She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband, William “Bill” Kreinbihl in 2017; her son, William Kreinbihl Jr. in 2013, and her siblings, Milo Ricketts Jr., Ruth Kerns, Ralph Ricketts, and Richard Ricketts.

 

Family and friends may visit Thursday, May 27, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 am at Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am. Betty will be laid to rest at Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mansfield Alliance Church.
