Winifred J. Urick

Winifred J. Urick, 79, of Springfield died at 4:30 am, Monday, July 26, 2021 at her home. She was born November 29, 1941 in Litchfield, IL to Joseph and Mary (Guidish) Urick.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Spudich of Springfield; son, Kevin Lee Spudic of Chinook, MT; granddaughter, Samantha Brown; two great grandsons, Luca and Caellum Brown and half-sister, Bobbie Wood of Pekin.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Higgins and one son, Brian Lee Spudich.

Winifred retired from the State of Illinois as a Data Processor. She was a volunteer at Memorial Medical Center and kept herself active.

She was a member of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
