Warren “Bud” Barr, age 99, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the Keystone Nursing Care Center with his family by his side.
A visitation will be held from 1:00 until 2:45 PM, Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the Phillips Family Center (605 2nd Avenue), Vinton. A Graveside service with military rites will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday at Evergreen Cemetery in Vinton.
