Victor H. Bossov

Victor H. Bossov, age 73 of Plano, IL passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 14, 2022. He was born on May 19, 1948 in Chicago, IL to Jack and Juanita (Stoker) Bossov.

Victor served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War and then went on to be an electronics salesman. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Victor is survived by his wife, Mary Ellen Bossov of Plano, IL; his daughter, Mary Leigh Bossov of Crystal Lake, IL; his granddaughters, Samantha Golf of California and Jesse (Chris) Whyman of Woodstock, IL; his sisters, Robin Henry of Colorado and Pam (Roy) Hunt of Bartlett, IL, his sister-in-laws, Linny (Jay) Schenk, Patti (Alan) Condon and brother-in-law, Bill Harms.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Juanita Bossov.

Visitation from 9:00am with Funeral Service to begin at 12:00pm on Monday, March 21, 2022 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 North Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL, with Deacon Doug Wells Officiating. Interment at 2:30pm will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
