Tracy Ann Carter

Tracy Ann Carter was born March 6, 1963, to Ruth Carter and Orange Lee. She attended Findley Elementary, Jennings Middle School, and graduated from Central Hower High School. She was also a graduate of Southern Ohio Business College. She attended Macedonia Baptist Church. She retired from the State of Ohio after 30 years as a caseworker. She enjoyed traveling, casinos, bingo, and family gatherings; most importantly spending time with her grandchildren. Tracy is now an angel and will be sorely missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Orange Lee, and brother, Rufus Carter.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Carter; sons, Vernon Carter, and George Robinson; sisters, Connie Carter and Jackie (Kevin) Newton; fiancé, John Griffin; 5 grandchildren; special aunts, Nancy Wilson and Barbara Turner and a host of cousins, family, and friends.
