Tina Turley, 60, of Tiffin, formerly of Amana and Cedar Rapids, left us very unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. No funeral services are planned at this time, but a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Papich-Kuba Funeral Service, Cedar Rapids, is serving the family.

Tina was born Oct. 18, 1962, in Cedar Rapids, and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1981. She worked in the restaurant industry for many years and was also a nurse’s aide for a number of years. She enjoyed helping and caring for others. Tina suffered with multiple sclerosis for many years along with other health issues.

Tina adored her children more than anyone could know, they were her life. She was definitely the life of the party with her uncensored sense of humor. Tina had the biggest, kindest heart and would do anything for anyone if she could.

Tina is survived by her children, Gary Turley of Tiffin, Joanna Guerra-Turley of Iowa City and Jody Rogers of Minnesota; brother, Joe Turley (Sheila) of Cedar Rapids; sisters, Alice Dudley (Greg) of Chesapeake, Va., Laura Kloubec (Gene) of Amana and Annette Hardin (Don) of Wapello; and sisters-in-law, Kim Turley of Cedar Rapids and Nora Turley of Walford. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and cousins; as well as her grand dog, Bryant.

Tina was preceded in death by her parents, Norm and Joan Turley; brothers, Donald and Ev Turley; and her sister, Mary Burgess. Her grandparents, many aunts, uncles and cousins have also preceded her in death.
