Theresa Matyja, age 71. Beloved daughter of Anna and the late Stefan Matyja. Loving sister to Mary (Richard) Kilar and Barbara (Robert) Miller. Dear aunt to Richard (Kathy) Kilar and Steven (Annie) Kilar. Cherished great aunt of Christopher Kilar. Loving friend and cousin to many. Theresa was a wonderful caregiver to her mother, she will be dearly missed by all. A visitation will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home 185 E. Northwest Hwy Palatine IL from 4:00-8:00pm. A funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, August 24, at St. Theresa Parish, 455 N. Benton St. Palatine IL at 12:30pm. Interment at Maryhill Cemetery to follow.
