Sheila Margaret Higgins

Sheila Margaret Higgins, 88, passed away on Thursday, January 26,2023 in Fort Worth. She was born January 4,1935 in Gretna, Louisiana where she met her future husband, Mark A. Higgins at a morning service at the Gretna Presbyterian Church. They moved to Granbury in 1994. He preceded her in death in 2021. Sheila was a member and a Deacon at the First Presbyterian Church in Granbury. She attended TCU and was an Assistant to the Librarian at a Middle School in Guilford, CT.

She is survived by her daughters, Betty Jane H. Milewski of Granbury, Meg Montesino (David Montesino) of Granbury, and Ellen Bebee (Larry Bebee) of Florida; granddaughter, Adrienne Ione; grandson, Christopher Bebee.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00pm. Wednesday, February 1,2023 at Holly Hills Memorial Park in Granbury with Pastor Drew Travis officiating under the direction of Wiley Funeral Home of Granbury.
