Robert G. Seibel

At home on February 11, 2021, Robert G. Seibel, age 73, went with open arms to join his son, Scott, on the other side with his wife of almost 55 years, Karla, and Scott’s son, Nicholas at his side.

Rob was known by most as “Grandpa”. He lived, talked and breathed his grandchildren. He was a chauffeur, teacher, tutor and friend to them all. He should have had stock in chewing gum-he would have been rich. He will be missed by his wife, Karla; grandson, Nicholas; son, Shaun (Leslie) Seibel and their daughter, Rachael of New York; son, Stuart Seibel and his daughters, Madelyn and Maja of Mansfield. His son, Scott, already on the other side, is giving him one of his famous bear hugs as we speak.

May he rest in peace.

Honoring Rob’s request, there will be no services or visitation. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio.
