Rebecca Jean Rogers

Rebecca Jean Rogers, age 38, of Massillon, was taken from her family and friends on Friday, April 16, 2021.

A daughter of Carol M. Zinssar Rogers of Dover and the late Robert A. Rogers, Rebecca was born on October 13, 1982, in Melrose Park, Illinois.

Rebecca was a loving, kind soul who never met a stranger. She was known best for her fun-loving family-oriented personality and love for traveling and spending time on the beach.

In addition to her mother, Rebecca will be deeply missed by her children, Brooklyn Drewe, James Drewe, Davonte Doncel, and Jeremiah Drewe all of Massillon; a granddaughter, Phoenix. her siblings, Faith Rogers of Dover, David Rogers of Dover, Andrew Rogers of New Philadelphia, Tony Moore of Syracuse, New York and Jason Moore of Kentucky; her grandfather, Raymond Zinssar of Ballston, Lake, New York, and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

At this time, the six-foot rule will be honored and all guests are required to wear a mask to enter the funeral home. For the safety of everyone, and to allow other guests to pay their respects, we politely ask that visitors do not linger in the funeral home and to promptly exit the building after greeting the family.

A memorial visitation will be held from 3:00 – 5:00 PM on Saturday, April 24, 2021, in the Geib Funeral Center at Dover where Pastor Brian Flood will lead a service celebrating Rebecca’s life at 5:00 PM.
