Peggy Jean Worley

Peggy Jean Worley, 77, of Newcomerstown, passed away, Monday, October 11, 2021 at her home following a period of declining health.

A daughter of the late Max and Grace (Kelly) Walker, Peggy was born December 18, 1943 at Cleveland, Ohio.

Peggy was a hard worker and spent most of her life working as a private duty nurse. She also enjoyed vacationing with her family in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

She is survived by a son, Mark; two sisters, Carlene (Tom) Swinderman and Ruth Potts and many nieces and nephews.

Peggy was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Deana and her siblings, Phyllis Long, Robert Walker, Linda Rexroad and Blaine Walker.

In keeping with Peggy’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services and cremation will take place through the care of the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia.
