Paula Lue Blevins

Paula Lue Blevins, 63, of Crestline, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at Avita Health System-Galion Hospital.

She was born August 28, 1958, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Paul Lowe and Sandra (Sims) Dean. She was a 1976 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School. In her younger years, she enjoyed riding horses. Paula was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. She was employed for over 30 years as an Operating Engineer for Beaver Construction in Canton, E.S. Wagner in Oregon and her favorite piece of equipment to operate was an 8 1/4 Compaction Roller. Paula had an amazing sense of humor and never met a stranger. She enjoyed playing Solitaire and solving crossword puzzles.

Paula is survived by her husband, Robert Blevins; three children, Scotrisha Mabe, Cindy Mabe, and Shyanna Blevins; seven step children, Scott Mabe, Stacy Hall, Teri Corrias, Michael Mabe, Crystal Bracewell, Brittney Blevins, and Robert Cody Blevins; twenty-nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; mother, Sandra Dean; eleven brothers and sisters, Gary Crawford Jr., Eva Saum, Paul Crawford, Steve Lowe, Cindy Johnson, Sondra Williams, Robert Pittenger, Bill Crawford, Tina Bass, Jennifer King and Lisa Oliver; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Lowe; daughter, Tiffany Blevins; first husband, Richard Mabe; step father, Gary Crawford Sr.; step mother, Linda Crawford; nephews, Randall Saum and Brandon Saum; and her father-in-law, Don McNutt.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. A graveside service will be held in Mansfield Cemetery on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Richland County.
