Patrick D. McGlothlin

Patrick D. McGlothlin, age 55 of Yorkville, IL passed away un-expectantly on Monday, August 30, 2021 in Kissimmee, FL. He was born on October 12, 1965 in Omaha, NE the son of Bruce and Marilyn (Carlson) McGlothlin.

Patrick was united in marriage on May 18, 2002 to Edwina Rodriguez and they spent the next 19 years happily together. He was employed as an operations manager for many years. He was a loving husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle who will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Patrick is survived by his wife, Edwina McGlothlin of Yorkville, IL; his children, Damaris (Scott Augustyn) McGlothlin – Augustyn of Yorkville, IL, Christopher Bodell of Yorkville, IL, Dean McGlothlin of Yorkville, IL; his two grandchildren, Elyana and Decklan Augustyn; his brother, Scott McGlothlin; and his sister Nicole (Andy) Anderson; along with nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Marilyn McGlothlin.

A Funeral Service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1617 N. Bridge Street, Yorkville, IL. Interment will be private.

Friends may visit from 2:00 PM until the Hour of Service on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at the Funeral Home in Yorkville, IL.
