Patricia Siergey Meegan age 80, of Chicago, IL; beloved wife of the late Thomas Joseph Meegan Jr.; loving mother of Julie (Claude) Irmis and Jeffrey Scott (Patricia) Meegan; proud grandmother of Paisley and Paige Meegan, and Alexander and Ethan Irmis; devoted sister of William (Karen) Siergey and sister-in-law of Richard (Barbara), Phillip (Joan), the late Madonna and the late Sean Meegan; fond aunt and great-aunt. Patricia was a lover of music, travel, theater and spending time with family and friends.
