Patricia S. Crawford, 86, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023, at the Keystone Cedars Assisted Living.

A visitation will be held at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories on Wednesday, August 2, from 10:30 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m., with the Certified Celebrant, Dr. James Coyle officiating.

Patricia was born on Oct. 27, 1936, in Davenport, Iowa. She grew up and graduated high school in Tipton, Iowa. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Irma (Gillett) Crawford. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist church. She was an avid reader, loved doing puzzles, traveling and hanging out with her many friends.

Those left to cherish Patricia’s memory are her nieces, Cheryl Haezebroeck of Marion, Iowa, Angela (Dennis) Crawford of Vestal, N.Y., and Teresa (Noel) Culbertson of Palmyra, Va.; her niece-in-law, Diana Schilling of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and several nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, John Crawford; her half-siblings, Forrest Baker, Edith Glidden, Eva Murrison and Norine Schilling; and a nephew, Phillip Schilling.

The family would like to thank the entire staff at Keystone Cedars and St. Croix Hospice for all the love and support they showed Patricia while she was in their care.
