Orlando Lorenzo Speed

Orlando Lorenzo Speed, known to many as Lan, Lando or Speed, was born in Cleveland, OH to the late Austin and Laura Speed on January 25, 1961; he was the fifth of six children.  He passed away on February 3, 2021. Orlando was a very outgoing person; he naturally created amazing memories with everyone he met. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Orlando will be missed by many and he leaves to cherish his precious memory: Wife, Shannon Speed; Children: Lanesha Pointer, Ashia Dennis, Landon, Ar’Real and Lo’Real Speed; Stepchildren: Raymond and Daymond Haywood; Grandchildren: Tia, Tyla and Terren Pointer, Noel and Nevaeh Dennis; Brothers: Jerry Jaime (Vanessa), Austin and Donnie Speed; Sister, Navita Speed (Bobby); Sister in laws: Stephanie Payne and Arrane Haywood.  His son Orlando Douglas preceded him in death.
