Obituary: Roger L. Shaheen

Roger Lewis Shaheen was born Jan 6, 1942, in Oakland CA to Fred and Leone Shaheen, and passed to his new life on May 17, 2022, wrapped in the loving arms of Jesus and surrounded by his family.

He is predeceased by his loving wife and soulmate of over fifty years, Julie Ann Shaheen.

He is survived by his companion and partner of ten years. Marlene Hannafin; two wonderful sons, Daniel (Gia) and Jeffrey (Kathy) Shaheen; grandchildren, Emillee, Josh, Sophia aand Miles, who were four shining stars in his life; his two best friends, sister-in-law Terri and brother-in-law Bart Cantua, and his nieces, nephews, and countless friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on:

Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church, 3000 N. Lompa Lane, Carson City NV 89706.
