Joyce E. Howard, age 82, passed away on December 8, 2023 in Carson City, NV. She was born on March 7, 1941 in St. Stephen New Brunswick, Canada to Chester Earl and Thelma Elizabeth Nesbitt.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Daniel Howard, daughter Debra Davis (Bill Davis), granddaughter, Kristina Nolan (Rex Nolan), great grandson, Asher Jonathan, grandson, Daniel Mitchell, great granddaughter, Angelina Mitchell, grandson, Nicholas Rumble.
She is also survived by 2 step daughters and their 3 children. She was a proud resident of Lake Tahoe for 40 years before retiring to Stagecoach, Nevada.
A Celebration Of Life for close friends and family took place on Saturday, January 6, 2023 at Hope Crossing Community Church in Carson City, NV.
