Norma Jean Teeters

Norma Jean Teeters, 57, of Mansfield, passed away Saturday evening, September 11, 2021, at Avita Health System Ontario Hospital.

She was born January 9, 1964, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Allen and Louise (Swanigan) Pugh. Norma enjoyed gardening, taking care of her many flowers and collecting angels. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she was thoroughly blessed to be their grandmother.

Norma is survived by her husband, Arnold Teeters II; three children, John Harrod III, Laura (Rick) Bellomy and Trisha Harrod, all of Mansfield; the father of her children, John Harrod Jr.; five grandchildren, Gracie Rollison, Payson Moore, Bryden Moore, Tayvon Harrod and Tayshawn Harrod; four siblings, Roberta (Mark) Shrewsbury of AL, Gerald (Marcus) Pugh, Carol (Jimmy) Parker and Helen (Otis) Adkins, all of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Brian Phillips officiating. She will be laid to rest in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
