Nadine Harper

Nadine A. Harper, age 64, transitioned to Heaven uniting with the Lord on June 5, 2021.  Nadine’s life and legacy remains cherished by her only child, Harmony, and Jack Russell Toy Fox Terrier, Lilah; siblings, Michael Bailey, Cynthia Barclay, Timothy Foster, Aleesha Bell and Christine Mack; and a community of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.  Nadine is the daughter of the late, Nathaniel Foster Sr. and Olyria Deans.  She is preceded in transition by her brother, Nathaniel Foster Jr.
