Michele M. Emmons, age 43 of Sandwich, IL passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Northwestern Medicine Valley West Hospital in Sandwich, IL. She was born on January 28, 1978 in Aurora, IL the daughter of John and Cathy (Challis) Krantz.

Michele was a former volunteer at the Fox Valley Older Adults in Sandwich, IL. She is survived by her husband, Brian Emmons of Hinckley, IL; her children, Jennifer Emmons of Waterman, IL and James Emmons of Hinckley, IL; her granddaughter, Mckenna Williams; her father, John Krantz of Sandwich, IL; her mother, Cathy (James) Elliott of FL; her brothers, Tom (Jodie) Elliott and Bill Elliott; and her maternal grandparents, Doris and Bill Challis of Yorkville, IL.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Margie and Herman Krantz.

A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the Nelson Funeral Home, 1275 South Countyline Road in Sandwich, IL with Pastor Stevan Saunders, officiating. Interment will be private.

Friends may visit from 4:00 PM until the Hour of Service on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the Funeral Home in Sandwich, IL.
