Michael Garland

Michael was born September 24, 1958 in Cleveland Ohio to Rucker Penn and Nellie Mae Garland both of whom preceded him in death.

He is survived by his fiancé, Frances Laverne Scott, his daughters, Sajai Garland, Diamond Taylor and Kayla Garland, eight grandchildren Jonathan Jr., Michael, Bri”Azhanai, Ca’mar’rion, Kacie, Sincere, Harmony, Riley, one great grandchild Za’niyah, two brothers Rucker Garland Jr. and Sheldon Benton, and two sisters Dovetta Garland and Michelle Abernathy.
