Maryland weather: Baltimore area to stay cold Thursday; temperatures expected to jump Friday

Sunny skies are expected to accompany a high of 48 degrees Thursday in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, before temperatures rise slightly for the weekend.

Temperatures are forecast to drop to 35 degrees Thursday night but reach 58 degrees Friday, with highs remaining in the high 50s through Monday, according to the National Weather Service.

Skies are expected to remain clear until Sunday, when a 60% chance of rain is predicted for Baltimore’s Inner Harbor in the afternoon.
