Mary Clark

Mary Clark, age 96, transitioned peacefully to be with the Lord on Monday, August 9, 2021, with her long-time partner Rudy Alexander by her side.

Mary is survived by her 94-year-old sister Betty Stackhouse, of Sanford, North Carolina. Mary and her sister Betty, spoke on the phone several times a week, their last conversation was on August 2nd. Although Betty was not able to understand her, she continued talking to her and whisper in her ear that she loved her.
She is also, survived by the entire Ayden Health Care of Euclid Beach family, the nursing staff, and residents. Six stepchildren; Jimmy, Evelyn, Ricky, Ronnie, Ora, and David Clark.
Preceded in death by her parents Alex and Molly Ellerbe; seven siblings; four brothers, all three of her sister’s all lived to be in their 90’s.
