Martin (Marty) Leland Novotny, 71, of Iowa City, passed away surrounded by loved ones Sunday, February 9, 2025, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. A celebration of life will take place on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 11:00 am-1:00 pm at The Kirkwood Room, 515 Kirkwood Avenue, Iowa City. A private burial will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Martin Novotny Memorial Fund.
