Maria Del Carmen Lopez, age 82, of Chicago, passed away August 8, 2021 after a long battle with cancer.  Devoted mother to Sylvia (Kevin) Curiel-Coppola, and Alfonso (Silvana) Curiel.  Beloved grandmother to Raquel, Michele and Lindsy.  Former wife of Carlos Curiel Baez. A visitation will be held Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 6150 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago IL from 4:00-8:00pm. A funeral service will be held Friday, August 13, at the funeral home at 11:00am. Interment All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines IL.
