Margaret Mary Stephen, nee Simon, 98, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2022 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother to George (Susan) Stephen, Maryl (Bob) Weskamp, Barb Rapp, Jim & Mia Stephen, Janet Stephen, Ginny (Tom) Stephen-Hirshberg, Debbie Stephen, Bob Stephen, Bill & Elice Stephen, Ken (Mischele) Stephen, Jeff (Colleen) Stephen, Maggie Stephen and Susan B. Stephen. Cherished grandmother of Anne, Christopher, Ben and Elizabeth Stephen, Tracy, Dana and Michael Weskamp, Lindsey Rapp, Brittany, Kevin and Chelsea Stephen, Josie Stephen, Margaret, Emily and Heidi Ullrich, Austin, Zack and Tori Stephen and Simon and Emmett Stephen and the late Nicholas and Maia. Dear great-grandmother of 34. A visitation will be held on Friday, May 27th from 3-8pm at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Highway, Palatine IL 60067. A funeral mass will be held at 9am on Saturday, May 28th at St. Anne Catholic Community, 120 N. Ela Street, Barrington, IL 60010. Interment private at All Saints Cemetery.
