Lois M. Rugger, 91, longtime resident of Oxford, died Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Homestead, Iowa, with burial to follow at the Oxford Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, at the St. Mary’s Auditorium in Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to St. John’s Lutheran Church of Homestead or Iowa City Hospice.
