Lisa C. Tomasino, 56, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at her home, surrounded by her wife, daughter, family, and fur babies. She was born September 15, 1965, in Woodstock, IL, the daughter of Frank and Charlotte Pearman Hartman. She married Jonna J. Cooley on their 20th Anniversary, April 5, 2020 and enjoyed over 21 years together as a loving couple.
She is survived by her wife, Jonna J. Cooley; daughter, Erin (Anthony) Kolakowski of Cape Coral, FL; one grandchild on the way, due in July; sister, Pam (Bill) Singleton of Fredericksburg, VA; step-sister, Joyce Uhls of Oregon; and many, many dear friends including “the crew” – Duane Williams and Kevin Schuster, Laine Tadlock and Kae Helstrom, Terry Dobbs and Patty Brockmeyer, Gina and Todd Cooper, Nancy Imhoff and Sharon Leatherman; her pride and joy, Dino and kitties, Doc, Cleo and Oliver.
She attended Belvidere High School in Rockford. Lisa was the Executive Director of the Carrie Lynn Child Advocacy Center in Rockford for over 20 years. Upon moving to Springfield, she earned her esthetician license and in 2015, started her own business, Shanti Skincare Studio, which she was very proud of.
Lisa loved traveling, history, good food, wine, and time spent near the water, especially at Lake Geneva, WI. She had a zest for life and could light up a room with her presence.

Memorial Service: 11:30 am, Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Reverend Martin Woulfe officiating.
