Kathy Ann Dumm

Kathy Ann Dumm, 59, of Mansfield, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021.

She was born on April 29, 1962 in Mansfield, Ohio. Kathy was the daughter of Robert and Pearlean (Adams) Pelasky. After 32 years of dedicated employment, Kathy retired from the United States Postal Service. Kathy was very social and was a member of the VFW, Eagles, and the Sons of Herman. Kathy and her husband, Rowland, enjoyed spending time at their cabin on Lake Erie. Spending time at Wilson’s Beach, being on the water are some of Kathy’s fondest memories.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Rowland Dumm; her mother, Pearlean Pelasky of Mansfield; her step children, John Dumm of Mansfield and Cynthia (Craig) Vanderbilt of Columbus; her granddaughter, Vivian Vanderbilt; her brothers, Robert (Jodie) Pelasky of Mansfield and Kenneth (Pam) Pelasky; her sister, Diana (Bernie) Rhea of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.

The family will not observe public services. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the Dumm family.
