Juan R. Valle

Juan R. Valle, age 45, passed away February 5, 2022. Beloved husband of Kendra, (nee Munnell) for 11 extraordinary years. Devoted and proud father to Lainey and Maren; loving son to Jose “Chema” and Maria “Cuca”Valle; dear brother to Barbara, Jorge (Laura), and David Valle; loving son-in-law to Wendy (the late Richard) Munnell; dear brother-in-law to Joshua (Aubrey), and Matt (Claire), fun-loving uncle to seven nieces and nephews. Juan enjoyed a 25 year career in the wire & cable industry, where he first met his wife. Twelve of those years were dedicated to his Lake Cable “family”where he was known for his willingness to help and to continually put the needs of others ahead of his own. Juan always wore a warm smile and was a presence of calm under fire. He was always ready to help others in any way he could; whether with computers, autos or around the house. However, Juan’s greatest joy was family– teaching his daughters to play sports, watching movies, nature and history shows, puzzling, playing games, going on outings and vacations, as well as spending time with friends. He touched the hearts of many and will be dearly missed.

A visitation will be held Thursday February 10, 2022 at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy. Palatine IL from 3:00-7:00pm. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations to a trust fund for his children may be sent to the funeral home.
