Jolene (Deerberg) Wilson, 81, died Aug. 31, 2022. She was born July 7, 1941, in Cedar Country, Iowa. She is preceded in death by her parents Lorenz and Carolyn (Conrad) Deerberg. Surviving relatives: sister, Carol (Vern) Schroeder; brother, Dean Deerberg; nephew, Craig (Sue) Schroeder; great-nephews, Andrew and Collin (Josephine) Schroeder; daughter, Andrea Pennington; grandchildren, Courtney and Cameron Pennington; and great-grandson, Kaiza Pennington.

Celebration of Life: Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Lake Houston UMC in Huffman, Texas. Donations can be made to Lake Houston UMC. Final resting place will be Inland Cemetery in Bennett, Iowa.
