John Vincent Tart, age 65, of Hendersonville, North Carolina, passed away after a period of declining health on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at his residence. Born November 28, 1955 in Orlando, Florida, to the late Wallace Tart and Linda Litrico Tart.
