John T.E. Talley Sr. went home to be with the Lord on June 4, 2022.

Pop-Pop is survived by his wife Jacqueline; children Darryl V. Talley and John T.E. Talley Jr.; siblings Kostal Talley, Thurareta Johnson, Dwayne Talley, Amanda Brown, and Cordelia Dorsey; grandchildren Alexandra Talley, Gabrielle Talley, Ty Talley, D. Victor Talley II, and Juanje Davis.

Preceded in death by parents Charles and Anna Mae Talley; siblings Juana Mae Wilson, Charles B. Talley, Clarence Talley, James Talley, and Lois Mosley.
