Janet Lynn Price

Janet Lynn Price, 72, of New Philadelphia passed away July 4, 2022 in her home.

Born July 31, 1949 in Dover, Janet was the daughter of the late Dale Haugh and Betty (Bailey) West.

She met her late husband, Gary L. Price in high school and on June 12, 1965, they were married. Together, they were blessed with nearly 50 years of marriage.

Janet was a lady of deep faith, who enjoyed participating in the Rejoice meetings with other faith-filled ladies. She also participated in the church choir in her younger years. Janet took great pride selling Avon for more than 30 years. Additionally, she enjoyed spending time with her family and caring for her pets.

She will be missed by her children, Holly (Buzz) Day of New Philadelphia, Sharon Reiser of Dover, and Jody (Dawn) Price of Carrollton; her grandchildren, Jonathan and Joshua Day, and Miranda and Jolissa Price; her great-grandchildren, Dallas Ewing and Julian Price; her brother, David (Colleen) Haugh; her step-brother, Jim West; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, Janet was preceded in death by her brothers, Dale and Randall Haugh.

Cremation will be cared for through Geib’s Tuscarawas Valley Crematory in Dover.
