James Meade Sherwood

Jim Meade Sherwood, was a western artifact specialist. He manufactured hobby kits for scaled down stagecoaches, surreys, buck wagons, buck boards and more. His work was displayed in the Texas State Fair in October 1991 where he won first prize. His art captured the eye of Singer song writer Michael Martin Murphy who purchased many of his works. He had 5 children, survived by 4, Tammy Loraine Sherwood, Shawn James Sherwood, Dana Michelle Sherwood (daughter in law), Christa Lynn Clay, Michelle Ann Olson (deceased), Michelle Stine Robinson, and had 9 grandchildren Francesca, James, Michaela, Anthony, Amara, LeeAnn, Cole, Angel and Sasha. In addition, 13 grandchildren, Wesley, Aurora, Madori, Mandolyn, Anthony, Maylin, Marleigh, Elise, Norah, Jackson, Connor, Cora and Wrenn.His parents were Oscar Meade Sherwood and Willie Pearl Sherwood. Siblings are Joe Dean Sherwood (deceased), Michael Ray Sherwood, and Treacy Ann Ross.
