James I. Houck, former managing editor of The Baltimore Sun, dies
James I. Houck, former managing editor of The Baltimore Sun who later became managing editor of the Times-Delta/Advance Register in California’s Central Valley, died Dec. 13 from heart failure at Westmark Care Center in Visalia, California. The former Ellicott City resident was 81.
