Homer C. Carter
Homer C. Carter, age 96, went home to be with the Lord on August 18, 2021.
Homer is survived by his children: Pamela, Sandra (Ronnie), and P. Diane. A special grandson, Emory and a host of many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grands, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
