H. Dean Packard

H. Dean Packard, 98, died Saturday, June 5, at Pardee Hospital.

A native of Elmira, NY, Dean was born to the late Herald and the late Denia Packard on December 18, 1922.  He also lived in Lewiston, NY prior to moving to Flat Rock in 1986.  He was also proceeded in death by his wife of over 63 years, Lois V. Packard, son, Douglas W. Packard, and grandson, Douglas A. Villeneuve .

He loved long walks in quiet settings.

Mr. Dean Packard is survived by his two daughters, Karen E. Packard of Niagara Falls, NY and Deborah M. Packard of Fletcher; a son, Kevin Packard and wife Rita of Grand Island, NY; 3 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
