Grace Elizabeth Kubik, 93, of Center Point, IA, passed away peacefully on May 19, 2024. Visitation will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 26 at Anchor Bible Church located in Center Point. Funeral will start at 2 p.m. with a luncheon to follow at Anchor Bible Church. Arrangements by Murdoch Funeral Home in Center Point.

Survivors include: Son Paul (Karla) Kubik, of Monticello; Daughter Melea (Brent) Willson of Walker; Grandchildren: Stephanie Moore, Matt Kubik, Jacob Kubik, Tyler Kubik, Kylie Zimmerman, Brooke Willson, Lauren Willson, Morgan Willson, and Madie Rowe. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond Kubik. Parents: Lewis Herman Smith and Mary Alice Smith. Siblings Stuart Lacy Smith, Hallie Dronebarger, Mary Lucille Loeb, Elbert Lewis Smith, Lowel Jewett Smith.

Grace was born April 28, 1931 to Lewis and Mary Alice Smith. She married Raymond Kubik on December 9, 1950. Grace was a homemaker at heart. From raising kids and spending time with grandkids, to gardening, canning and sewing she was the true heart of her household and enjoyed every aspect of being a wife, mom, grandma and great-grandma.

Memorial flowers may be directed to Anchor Bible Church. The family requests that you bring memories to share and dress casual.
