Gloria R. Sloane

Gloria R. Sloane, nee Wolkowski, 90, of Golf, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2021. Beloved wife of the late William M. Sloane. Cherished sister of the late Alice (Casimir) Fronczek and June Wolkowski. Loved aunt of Daniel (Natalie) and David (Cassandra) Fronczek. Dear great-aunt of Ryan William Fronczek, Alexis Danielle Fronczek, Joseph Fronczek, Benjamin Fronczek and Alexandra Dotson and great-great aunt to Oliver Fronczek. Gloria will be missed by many friends and family including her fellow ‘Golfites’ neighbors who became part of her family through her love of walking her dog, the late Ollie, through the streets of Golf. Gloria was a proud teacher at Our Lady of Perpetual Help for over 45 years. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 7th from 9am to 9:45am at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 1104 Waukegan Rd., Glenview IL 60025. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 7th at 10am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 1775 Grove St, Glenview, IL 60025. Entombment All Saints Catholic Cemetery.
