Gail Ruth Dutton

Gail Ruth Dutton, 61, of Riverton, passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021at her home. She was born December 1, 1959, in Springfield, the daughter of Howard and Geraldine (Bumgardner) Anders. She married Alan Dutton on October 21, 2000 and he survives.

Also surviving are four children, Brianna Hanson of Decatur, Kelly (Curtis) Lee of Riverton, Sean (fiancé: Devan Cerar) Hanson of Springfield, and Holly (Chris) Bardon of Rockford; six grandchildren, Autumn Jordan, Alexis Jordan, Dakota Lee, Dallas Bardon, Riley Bardon, and Austin Bardon; one sister, Joan (Richard) Walter of Blue Mound; three brothers, Bill Anders of Decatur, Dale (Vicki) Anders of Springfield and Glenn (Sue) Anders of Riverton; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gail belonged to Southern View Chapel. She was a domestic goddess.

Visitation: 4 – 7 pm, Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield.

Funeral Service: 9:30 am, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Staab Funeral Home – Springfield with Reverend Gary Gilley officiating. Burial will follow at Camp Butler National Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
