Frederick B. Charbon, 93, of rural North Liberty died Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2023, at Grace United Methodist Church in Tiffin. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Private family burial services will be at the Oak Hill Cemetery in Tiffin. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in his memory to Tiffin United Methodist Church or the North Liberty Optimist Club, both of which were very dear to his heart.
