Francis W. ‘Boo’ Smith, Gilman School dean and coach who held similar positions at John Carroll School, dies
Francis W. “Boo” Smith, a Gilman School art teacher, dean of students and squash coach who led the school to 10 consecutive MIAA championships, died Oct. 13 at his Stevenson home. He was 71.
