Frances Augusta Ford, died at Prairie Hills Assisted Living on June 14, 2025. She was born on August 21, 1924 in Lowden Iowa to Frank and Ida Eggert Ball. She married Marvin Ford on July 21, 1946 at the United Methodist Church in Tipton. He preceded her in death, on August 11, 2020.

She is survived by 4 children; Trudy Campbell, Hawkeye, Richard (Liz) Ford, Cedar Falls, Don (Diane) Ford, Cortez, Florida and Teri Ford (special friend, Gene Regennitter), Tipton; 7 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, son-in-law, 2 sisters, 3 brothers and 2 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 – 11:00 am with 11:00 am services on Friday, June 20 at Fry Funeral Home in Tipton. She will be laid to rest in Tipton Masonic Cemetery.
