Eugene Zerega

Eugene “Gene” Zerega, age 78, of Deer Park IL. Born in St. Louis, Missouri to parents Eugene Sr. and Sarina Zerega. Beloved husband of Pamela nee Graziano for 53 years of sharing and caring. Devoted father to Scott (Kathryn) Zerega and Stephanie (Dominick) Trapasso. Cherished grandpa to Piper, Miller, Siena, and Dominick. Loving brother to the late John (Beth) Zerega. Fond brother-in-law to Nancy (the late John) Streichhirsch, Mary (Bob) Scigalski, Dennis Graziano, and Ron Graziano. Dear son-in-law to the late Dan and the late Evelyn Graziano. Beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews. Gene was a dedicated employee for Motorola for over 35 years. He also loved to build and fly model airplanes. He will be dearly missed by friends and family. A memorial mass will be held at St. Theresa Parish, on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 10:30am. If you plan to attend the mass, you must sign up at www.sttheresachurch.org. Interment private.
