November 11th 1945 – January 7th 2024

First of ten born to Elbert and Theresa Scott in Cleveland,  Ohio. Brother to Marcia (Deceased) Robert (Deceased) Carl, Carolyn, Diane, Leon (Deceased) Pamila, Elaine and Elberta. A graduate of East Tech. He served in the US Army for two years. He retired a Lieutenant for the East Cleveland Fire Department. He enjoyed Trivia and cooking. Loved by everyone that knew him. You will be missed my Big Brother.
