Dr. Theresa R. Cook

Dr. Theresa R. Cook age 97, went home to be with the Lord on January 20, 2021.

Beloved wife of 45 years to the late Charles E. Cook, Esq. Loving daughter of the late Angela and Henry Q. Rucker, Sr.

Dr. Cook is survived by her children Paul Cook, Charlotte Cook, Carl Cook, and Elizabeth Cook-Fuentes (Simone). Grandchildren: Carl Braddy, Alexandria Wilson, Andru Wilson, Charles Walton and Trey Swindlman. Great-grandchildren: Riley and Zariah-Maria Braddy. Others relatives: Vincent & Jerris Johnson Family and the Entire Rucker, Cook Family. Dr. Cook was preceded in death by her siblings Henry Q. Rucker Jr., and Lottie Mae Rucker.
