David P. Fay
David P. Fay, age 76 of Bristol, IL passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, IL. He was born on September 18, 1944 in Oak Park, IL the son of David A. and Dorothy (Hill) Fay.
David was united in marriage to Mary Ellen Healy and they spent many happy years together until her passing on September 21, 2009. Mr. Fay was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force having served in the Vietnam War. David was employed as a Supervisor with UPS, until his retirement. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially golfing with his family and friends. David was a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his all who knew him.
David is survived by his sons, Brian (Lauren) Fay of LaGrange, IL and Matthew Fay of Pittsburgh, PA; also his grandchildren, Ronan, Fiona and Maggie Fay.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Dorothy Fay; also his wife, Mary Ellen Fay.
Funeral Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in loving memory of David may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
